The Commission for Air Quality Management has said that the average Air Quality Index from January to May this year has reached its lowest level in eight years, aside from the exceptional circumstances of 2020. Notably, May recorded the cleanest air during this timeframe, highlighting the effectiveness of recent pollution control initiatives.
