Businessman found dead in Belagavi - The HinduPublished - June 02, 2026 07:58 pm IST - BelagaviA businessman was found dead in Bendigeri village, near Gokak, in Belagavi district on Tuesday (June 2).Relatives of the deceased, identified as Ravindra Danavvagol, found his body in his house. They lodged a complaint with the police, alleging that he had been harassed by some police officers and other persons over a dispute regarding repayment of loans.Danavvagol had lent ₹8 lakh to Lakshman Chandargi and Bharamappa Poojari. When he sought the money back, they allegedly threatened his life.
