Each pass is valid for a single person and is non-transferable.To ensure smooth movement and security screening, visitors must enter Lok Bhavan through Gopalagowda Circle via Police Thimmaiah Circle. Vehicles without invitations will not be allowed to cross Gopalagowda Circle, while entry beyond Thimmaiah Circle will be restricted to vehicles displaying valid car passes.Officials have cautioned invitees against misusing passes under any circumstances.
