Voltas has appointed Tata Consumer Products CEO Sunil D'Souza as Chairman from November 12, replacing Noel Tata, who retires at 70 under Tata Group governance guidelines. D'Souza brings over 30 years of experience across HUL, PepsiCo and Whirlpool.
