Made a free app that turns any address into a 3D model on its real terrain. Hong Kong is the best test I’ve found

Wait 5 sec.

Type an address and you get a 3D model of the area around it, from 300 m to 4 km, on the real terrain with the buildings from OpenStreetMap. You can save it as a poster or download a file to 3D print it. Hong Kong's map data is excellent: in Central and Mong Kok every single building has a real height, so nothing is guessed. Free, no sign-up, built with Claude Code, and the code is open: https://yourplace3d.github.io/3d-city/ If your building looks off, tell me where and I'll have a look. submitted by /u/Accurate_Adam to r/Hong_Kong [link] [comments]
