Are nurses from India actually getting interview calls from German hospitals these days? I've heard mixed experiences, and I'm wondering whether the recruitment process has slowed down or whether being outside Germany is making things difficult. Also, has anyone here gone through ODEPC, NORKA, Triple Win or similar government-supported recruitment programmes? Are they actively conducting interviews? I'm particularly interested in finding legitimate ways to get employer interviews without spending huge amounts on private agencies or consultancies.
