EURUSD – Are Buyers Gearing Up for Another Opportunity?EURO / U.S. DOLLARFX_IDC:EURUSDParadise_NoirEURUSD is finding support from a weaker US dollar and declining Treasury yields, while the ECB remains cautious amid persistent inflationary pressures in the Eurozone. Shifting interest rate expectations are giving the euro an advantage, although today's US Non-Farm Payrolls (NFP) report could trigger significant market volatility. Looking at the H1 chart, what catches my attention isn't the decline from 1.1270, but rather the way EURUSD is returning to test the lower boundary of its ascending channel. After forming a series of higher lows, the recent pullback toward 1.1208 has brought price into an important support area. If buyers are still in control, this is where they need to show their strength. The 1.1200–1.1210 support zone will be crucial in the short term. If price holds this area and regains bullish momentum, I expect EURUSD to break above 1.1246, potentially extending its recovery toward 1.1270 and eventually 1.1300–1.1320, near the upper boundary of the ascending channel. My overall bias remains BULLISH on EURUSD. Rather than chasing strong bullish candles, I'd prefer to see how the market absorbs selling pressure around support. As long as the H1 ascending channel remains intact, the current pullback could be setting the stage for another rally.
