I don't think this qualifies as a choosing begger as she isn't being a diva / Karen by demanding only certain brands, colours or design of clothes. She explains why she's asking for donations of clothing as she's skint like everyone else due to cost of living and cannot wear synthetic materials as she will break out in a rash. I'm in the same boat as her except I can't stop itching if I wear synthetic materials so I just tend to wear cotton or wool clothing which can be a bit expensive if you're on a tight budget.
