NVDA: Selloff or Recovery Opportunity?NVDAUSDTPERP PERPETUAL MIX CONTRACTBITGET:NVDAUSDT.PYusuftsauriThe recent selloff across AI and semiconductor stocks has put the market under pressure. Concerns about AI infrastructure spending are weighing on sentiment, and Nvidia is no exception. But after such a sharp decline, I'm watching one important question: Is this the beginning of a recovery, or just a temporary pause in the downtrend? What the 4H chart is telling me NVDA has experienced a significant bearish move, falling from the $220 area before finding buyers around $182. Price is currently trading around $187.32, with $187.82 acting as an important short-term resistance. Here are the levels I'm watching: Resistance levels - $187.82 – Immediate resistance and potential breakout confirmation. - $202.08 – First recovery target. - $211.21 – Next resistance zone. - $222.91 – Major upside target. Support - $181.91 – Critical support. Losing this level could expose the market to further downside. My trading scenario I'm cautiously watching for a bullish recovery, but I don't want to anticipate a breakout. If buyers reclaim $187.82 and sustain momentum above it, a move towards $202.08 becomes possible. A successful break above that level could open the way towards $211.21 and eventually $222.91. However, if price fails to reclaim resistance and drops below $181.91, the bullish recovery scenario becomes invalid. Looking beyond spot trading This volatility is also creating interesting opportunities across the market. On Bitget, traders can explore stock futures and Anthropic pre-IPO perpetual futures (ANTHROPICUSDT), which are available around the clock. For those following Anthropic's upcoming IPO, Bitget IPO Prime also provides a subscription route starting from 100 USDT, subject to eligibility and the applicable subscription terms. My takeaway The AI and semiconductor selloff has created volatility, but volatility alone doesn't mean an immediate buying opportunity. I'd rather wait for confirmation than chase the first green candle after a major decline. For me, structure first, confirmation second. Capital protection remains more important than catching the exact bottom. Are you watching for an AI stock recovery, or do you think the selloff has more room to continue? This is my personal market analysis, not financial advice. Always manage risk and position sizes appropriately.
