Made a free web tool that generates a 3D-printable silicone mould kit for candle jars and planters. No signup. Looking for people to test it

Hey everyone. I cast concrete candle jars and planters at home and the part I always dreaded was building the mould: the box, the master, the core, and then guessing how much silicone to mix. So I made a small web app that does that part for me. You pick a shape (or change the dimensions, add a wick socket, engrave a word, whatever), and it generates the whole kit as STL files: formwork, master, core, bridge and base plate. It also tells you exactly how much silicone and how much concrete you'll need for that exact pot. It's completely free, no account, no email, nothing. Everything runs in your browser. The first load pulls a 6 MB CAD engine, after that it's quick. mouldery.com I've only tested it on my own printer and a handful of pots, so I'd really like other people to try it and tell me what breaks. Works on a phone but the 3D view is nicer on a computer. If a mould looks like it wouldn't work in real life, say so, I'd rather hear it now than after someone wastes a litre of silicone. submitted by /u/Kaiezer-1980 to r/SiliconeMolds [link] [comments]
