ETHUSDT 4H: wave 4 lows, double bounce, possible higher lowETHUSDT SPOTBYBIT:ETHUSDTTheChartWhisperrETH is back at the lows of wave 4. I'm in a long trade, and here is what I'm watching. The bigger picture My read: ETH is at the lows of wave 4, and this last double bounce may be forming a higher low. A higher low is a low that sits above the previous low. In my experience, at the end of a wave 4 this last double bounce is what often forces over-leveraged traders out of their positions, so that price can then move up. Traders who borrowed to buy are forced to sell, and that clears the way. That is my read, not a promise. What the chart shows Price broke out of a falling wedge, rallied, and then gave the move back in one large 4H candle, through the Range Lows at 2,282.77 and monthly support at 2,257.79. Price is now at the top of the daily order block, an area where buyers stepped in before. It has probed below the 2,226.52 low from 4 Nov more than once and has not stayed there. That is a sweep: price briefly takes out an earlier low to trigger stop orders, then turns back. The plan: IF THIS, THEN THAT IF a 4H candle closes back above monthly support at 2,257.79, and then above the Range Lows at 2,282.77 THEN the double bounce has held, and I expect price to meet the 4th wave lows at 2,356.41 on its way to my target. IF price keeps probing below 2,226.52 without closing back above monthly support, THEN wave 4 is still working and I stay patient. IF price trades below 1,800, THEN my trade is wrong. Where it could go My target for the end of the move is 3,844. That is a long way up, and I expect it to take weeks to months, not days. What I'm doing I'm in a long ETH trade, and I hold it until 3,844 or my invalidation below 1,800. This is my own live trade. It does not meet my five-gate pullback rules, because there is no new break of structure out of this low. This is my analysis of the chart, not financial advice. A trade held this long can lose a lot before it works. Size your risk so being wrong is small.
