Red flag? Only had a few days of training as I have years of experience. Part of me thinks it was a set up for me to fail as I was still learning policies and procedures and couldn’t be much of a resource to me team. When I brought up that I was not ready and declined the position, my manager said “don’t worry about what everyone else is saying.” Mmmmmm, what?
