Project Overview I am looking for an experienced web automation developer to build a monitoring and auto-checkout bot for a student housing website (Xior Student Housing - Zernike Tower in Groningen). Availability is highly constrained and rooms only appear randomly when an existing reservation is canceled. The bot needs to monitor the site, bypass anti-bot protections, and secure a room the moment it becomes available. Time-Restricted Execution: The housing office only processes checkouts and updates the system during their working hours. The script must be scheduled to run continuously and exclusively between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Netherlands Time / CET/CEST) to optimize server resources and avoid unnecessary requests. Anti-Bot Bypass: The booking interface utilizes Cloudflare Turnstile ("Success!" verification) before allowing users to proceed to the next step. The automation must be able to seamlessly pass or solve this challenge using anti-detect browsers or relevant bypass services. Deliverable: Tier 1 (Preferred): Fully automated checkout. The bot detects availability, selects the room, solves the Turnstile, auto-fills the predefined personal details, and submits the reservation. Tier 2 (Fallback): If auto-filling details triggers strict security flags or session timeouts, the bot should immediately lock in the room (holding it in the cart/session) and instantly send a real-time notification (via Telegram, Discord, or WhatsApp) to the user with a session link so they can manually complete the form.
