Mohan Sharma allegedly shot his neighbor Paramjeet Dhankar following a dispute over vehicle parking. The altercation escalated after Dhankar's family previously reported tensions with Sharma's family. Eight days before the incident, repeated arguments occurred between both families regarding parking and a pet dog. Dhankar had just returned from Singapore to attend a family wedding when the shooting took place.
