I work in sheet metal fabrication. Customer artwork constantly arrives as jpg-to-dxf conversions: 100k points, broken loops, letter centers that fall out when cut. I fixed them by hand for years, then finally wrote software to do it. It refits the geometry to real arcs within the laser’s kerf, finds broken loops and floating pieces, and exports DXF, DWG, SVG, PDF or a 3D STEP. Something unexpected: most of my users so far found it through ChatGPT, not Google. kerfect.co, free to try. Feedback welcome, especially on what’s confusing! submitted by /u/Ok-Consequence-1597 [link] [comments]
