I’m considering a floor nursing position there and wanted to get a sense of what the day-to-day working conditions are actually like. I’m mainly curious about staffing ratios, CNA support, phlebotomy/transport availability, break coverage, floating, scheduling, management, and overall unit culture. I’m coming from another busy hospital system and am trying to get a realistic picture of whether nurses generally feel supported and whether the workload is sustainable.
