S&P 500: One Bounce or Another Big Drop?S&P Index Cash CFD (USD)VANTAGE:SP500zarixschoolThe S&P 500 just took a serious hit. But could we be getting close to a bottom? 👀 After a sharp selloff, the S&P 500 is approaching a critical support area. And the next few trading sessions could tell us a lot about where the market is headed. Here's what I'm watching. 📉 WEEKLY CHART — A Bottom Could Be Near I'm watching for a possible weekly bottom around November 13. That doesn't mean the market has to bounce right away. We could still see more selling before buyers step back in. The timing is interesting, but price needs to confirm the reversal. 🚨 DAILY CHART — TWO LEVELS THAT MATTER The key support zone is between 7,263 and 7,311. Here's where things get interesting: 🟢 SCENARIO 1: BUYERS DEFEND SUPPORT If the S&P 500 holds above 7,311 on a daily closing basis, we could see a short-term bounce. It doesn't have to turn into a major rally. Even a modest recovery would fit the possibility of a weekly bottom forming. 🔴 SCENARIO 2: SUPPORT BREAKS If price closes below 7,263 on the daily chart, the picture changes. That would put the index below both key support levels and increase the chances of another move lower. MY TAKE I'm watching for a potential bottom, but I'm not calling one yet. The S&P 500 is sitting near an important decision area, and I'd rather wait for confirmation than guess where the selling stops. 7,311 and 7,263 are the levels I'm watching. Now I'm curious what everyone else thinks. 👇 Are we about to see a bounce, or is the S&P 500 getting ready for another leg down? #SPX #SP500 #ES #TechnicalAnalysis #PriceAction
