I'm not sure on how the Japanese language locks work, but if I understand correctly there are two things we could do: - enable English for the system - enable English for physical game carts. Switch 2 is region free but if you plug in a multi language cart ie basically all first party titles, it'll use system language which is locked to Japanese .
