Hi everyone! I'm looking for advice from people who have experienced persistent underarm and body odor. My underarms become moist just minutes after showering, even when I'm resting, and the odor is sometimes like onion, guava , sour , or garbage-like. I also notice the smell coming from other parts of my body. I've tried different soaps, deodorants, and antiperspirants, but nothing seems to work consistently. Even after bathing and maintaining good hygiene, the odor remains noticeable. Has anyone experienced something similar? What diagnosis, treatments, or products helped you manage it?
