Built a one-job Apple Watch app so I'd stop picking up my phone around my family

Wait 5 sec.

I use Claude Code a lot, and it keeps stopping to ask permission before it runs things. Every time, I picked up my phone to check. Then I'd open one more app. Usually while sitting with my family. So I built a watch app that does exactly one thing. When the agent asks, my wrist buzzes, I read the full request, and I tap Yes, Yes for this session, No, or tell it what to do instead. The phone stays in my pocket. It went live on the App Store last Friday. Things I didn't expect on the way: Apple won't take a watch-only app. It has to sit inside an empty iPhone app, which also changed my push setup. Before launch I had an AI attack my design (an AI review, not a paid audit). It got a Yes on a fake notification to approve a real command. Now the watch only accepts an answer if what it showed matches what was sealed on my computer, and the relay in the middle can't read or approve anything. It got past my password masking twice, so I removed masking completely. Anything hidden could also be the part that runs. Six other approval apps launched in the same three weeks, most doing a lot more. I'm betting on doing less. Disclosure: it's mine. Free, no account, MIT licensed, and the watch app, CLI and relay are all in the repo. Only tested on a Mac and a Series 6 so far.
