Quick question for anyone who’s been around CTAC (or the old CIF/CRF companies). Do those ODAs actually have Detachment Commanders / 18As, or is it mostly just enlisted and warrants? If they do have officers, how does an officer normally get assigned to one? Is it just high performance on a line ODA + expressing interest, or is there some kind of selection process?
