Notice the same indicator, the SMA Fill. See how the action is happening above it while the indicator is still red. The mid-January reaction happened with this indicator working as resistance. Each time the market turns bullish, we see how the candles pierce this resistance from the ground up, this is the signal now present on this chart. EMA13 is also plotted here with a reading of $2,305. The action is fluctuating around this level. The previous three weeks closed above it. This week still has some time left. These are some mixed signals but with context we can reach the right interpretation; Ether is building up strength. The lack of any significant retrace favors the bulls. The fact that Bitcoin is trading much higher is also a positive signal for ETH, it tends to follow the king of Crypto as everything else in this market. The 0.148 Fib. extension level is working as support. Ether traded months below this level but once conquered, it remains safely above it. $10,000 is a very, very strong possibility in 2027. $6,943 also. The next target sits at $3,729 and this one can be hit this month, next month or soon, anytime within the mid-term range, 1-3 months. We are seeing consolidation above support. A major resistance zone has been conquered and this move is being consolidated. Market conditions can always change, but here clearly the bulls have the upper-hand. Ethereum produced a higher low in February 2026 (vs April 2025). This points to a higher high on the current bullish market phase.
