[Independent (Kampala)] Kampala -- Norbert Mao, one of the aspirants for the post of Speaker to the 12th Parliament, has backed the Patriotic League of Uganda's (PLU) decision to withdraw support for Speaker Anita Among and Deputy Speaker Thomas Tayebwa.
