A political event organised by the wife of the Prime Minister Lydia Abela focused on the progress achieved by women in politics and civil society through measures introduced by the Labour Party government.During the activity, Abela said she was proud of the party’s efforts to strengthen women’s rights, including measures aimed at giving women a stronger voice, greater participation, and more empowerment in their personal lives.It was also highlighted that women make up 40% of the Labour Party’s list of candidates.
