Samsung has released the stable version of One UI 8.5 (Android 16 QPR2) for the Galaxy S24 FE in the US. It offers the phone’s users in the country a refreshed user interface and a host of new features, which we will discuss in a moment. The update that brings it carries firmware version F741USQU3DZDP (via Mohammed Khatri).It comes after the brand released the stable version of the new software for the Galaxy S24 FE in its home country, South Korea, earlier this week, and to the other devices in the lineup, the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra, in the US earlier today. You can get it by going to Settings > Software update > Download and install.While users may be excited about receiving the new software update, there’s even more to look forward to. Samsung has already unveiled One UI 9.0, its next Android customisation for Galaxy smartphones and tablets. Based on Android 17, it introduces another refreshed user interface along with a wide range of new features. You can check it out in our video below. However, the brand may not make it available for the Galaxy S24 FE anytime soon.
