Michael Kaskey-Blomain•Add The Sporting News on GoogleMinnesota Timberwolves veteran guard Mike Conley has been in the NBA for nearly two decades, so no one would blame him if he wanted to ride off into the sunset. However, he's not quite ready to do that. During his end-of-season media session, Conley made it clear that he doesn't plan to call it a career quite yet. On the contrary, he plans to play a 20th season in the NBA. "I am going to do a lot of thinking, a lot of reflecting. What's important for our family... I think I might've proved to myself that I can keep playing a little longer," Conley said. "Who knows what that looks like, but definitely it's going to happen." This story will be updated. More NBA news: Golden State Warriors lose top two assistant coaches under Steve KerrDraymond Green issues apology to Charles Barkley after Rockets commentJason Kidd should be worried about job with Mavericks after comments from Masai UjiriHouston Rockets star voted most overrated player in NBA by his peersKevin Durant's future with Houston Rockets gets major updateENJOYED THIS STORY?Add Sporting News as a preferred source on Google to see more of our reportingAdd as preferred source on GoogleMichael Kaskey-BlomainMichael Kaskey-Blomain is a freelance writer with The Sporting News.
