Therefore i would like to go long with these criteria: 💠Market Structure 1. Higher Time Frame (4H-D) is bullish so we can only go for buy, until there is a strong shift to the downside 2.In lower time frame (1H-15m) time frame, we can see that price is currently forming Lower High. making the pattern (HH, HL, HH, HL) based on this we can assume price after forming HL it will make HH. So we buy at the Low. 💠Demand Zone I highlighted the demand zone on the chart with a gray box Demand zone is an area of interest which act as a natural zone for SUPPORT. This area usually contains pending orders from buyers that will push price up. 💠Liquidity Liquidity is one of the reason price is able to move aggressively. I highlighted liquidity in the chart with dashed lines. 💠Market SHIFT This is the most important part. Obviously all the above i had mention could fail and price keep falling to your Stop Loss. So how do we know that these criteria we discussed are valid? The answer to that is; we need to wait for a shift, or also known as Head and Shoulder pattern. Once we see this shift, it will act as a confirmation that the probability of the trade playing out is high. This allows us to enter trade much more confidently. 💠STOP LOSS in the words or Ray Dalio "no matter how much research you do or how SURE you feel, always assume you could be wrong." Always have stop loss, and only risk what you are willing to lose.
