File | Photo Credit: ANIPetrol prices rose by ₹3.21 per litre, taking the revised rate to ₹106.17 per litre, while diesel prices increased by ₹3.11 per litre to ₹94.10 per litre, in Bengaluru, on Friday, after oil marketing companies effected the new rates across all categories.The sharp hike triggered public outrage, with many citizens expressing concern over the growing burden of transportation and daily expenses.
