Senior Hamas official abroad, Osama Hamdan, said that the Israeli demand that Hamas disarm as part of the negotiations was intended, he said, to bring the Palestinian Arabs and the Palestinian resistance to declare surrender.In an interview with Al Jazeera, Hamdan added that "this has not happened and will not happen."
