I never paid a 70 dollar cover to get into a bar or venue that wasn't a sporting event or concert. Most I ever paid to get into a local club was maybe 5 or 10 bucks. Remember this post just says the entry fee is 70. It doesn't state the food or drinks are included in that price. It just says those are part of the event.
