Realty developer Puravankara reported a 28% year-on-year rise in pre-sales to ₹1,439 crore in the April-June quarter, while collections grew 40% to ₹1,199 crore. Average price realisation increased 18% to ₹10,589 per sq ft, and the company delivered 745 homes during the quarter.
