EURUSD - looks like a sell to meEUR/USDOANDA:EURUSDfxtraderkristinaThis trade is a little different from the setups I usually send, but here’s the logic behind it. I’m focusing on the highs and lows of the weekly and daily candles. Price tested the weekly high, failed to hold above it, and pulled straight back inside the weekly candle range. That rejection also happened around the daily candle high. The overall weekly and daily trend remains bearish, with the monthly central pivot sitting just above this area and adding further resistance. The most recent downswing also lines up with the 50% Fibonacci pullback, which is often a strong area for sellers to step back in. So overall, we have a rejection of the weekly high, bearish higher-timeframe direction, resistance from the monthly pivot, and the 50% pullback all aligning in the same area.
