Angel Reese injury status updated before Dream's matchup with Sparks

 The Atlanta Dream could once again be without one of their biggest stars when they return to the floor Monday night. Angel Reese missed her first game of the 2026 WNBA season on Saturday after suffering a leg injury late in Atlanta's win over the Seattle Storm. Without the three-time All-Star, the Dream fell 102-92 to the Portland Fire, extending what has been a difficult stretch after one of the league's hottest starts.Now, Atlanta has released another update on Reese's status ahead of a key matchup against the Los Angeles Sparks.Angel Reese remains questionable for Dream vs. SparksThe Dream listed Reese as questionable on Sunday's official injury report with a right leg injury. The injury occurred late in Thursday's 89-78 victory over the Seattle Storm when Reese rolled her ankle with just over a minute remaining in the fourth quarter. She exited the game limping and did not return.Although Reese was initially listed as questionable for Saturday's contest against Portland, Atlanta ultimately ruled her out, marking the first game she has missed all season.
