Well I mean yeah, but so what? Why would anything on that list be more important? Nothing is an essential item to live, so what difference does it make they picked the TV over a coffee table? For a low income family that doesn’t have enough money to travel or other entertainment options… a TV is something that can be used daily and provides a great deal of entertainment. A rug, a coffee table, organizer cubes etc wouldn’t be a life sustaining priority over anything else on that list. Now if they chose a big TV over diapers, food, or clothes THAT is a priority problem. Redditors on this sub are so eager to judge these people you make comments that don’t actually fit.
