Olympic medallists Mirabai Chanu and Lovlina Borgohain will serve as India’s flag bearer and baton bearer, respectively, at the Commonwealth Games opening ceremony. Mirabai, an Olympic silver medallist and decorated weightlifter, and Lovlina, an Olympic bronze medallist and leading boxer, have represented India with distinction at major international competitions.
