Shivakumar on Friday said that civic polls for the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) will be held by the end of December, and other local body elections will be completed by the end of March, 2027.Mr. Shivakumar said the Supreme Court was approached seeking time until December 31 to conduct the polls due to the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral rolls.
