The Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority (HISA) is seeking public comment on its Proposed 2027 Budget. Comments should be sent to comments@hisaus.org with the subject line “Proposed 2027 Budget.” All pertinent comments will be posted to the HISA website. The deadline to submit comments is Monday, July 27, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET.Draft versions of the Proposed 2027 Budget and Notice of Filing can be accessed here.Following the expiration of the public comment period, HISA will review and consider all relevant feedback before sending the proposed budget to the HISA Board.
