RKLB July 20 2026 Options TradeRocket Lab CorporationBATS:RKLBheavydiligenceRKLB is still trading inside a broader downtrend after breaking the daily trend line I shared on X, and the key battle zone on this 15-minute chart sits between 66.00 and 68.20. Above that, the next major overhead levels are 83.00, while below it the chart opens up quickly toward 53.00. I've mapped out three scenarios for the coming sessions: 🟢 Bullish Scenario If RKLB can reclaim 68.20 and hold above the descending trendline, the first upside target is the 83.00 resistance zone. A stronger squeeze could extend toward the 90s, but 83.00 is the level that needs to flip first for momentum to confirm. 🔴 Bearish Scenario (My Lean) This is the scenario is what I was showing on the daily candles. It could spike quickly to test that trend line then move sharply down back under 66.00, the next likely move is a retest of 63.00 and then 53.00. A clean breakdown there could push it even further, especially if the broader market starts to roll over. 🟡 Sideways Scenario This is the scenario that frustrates everyone. RKLB could simply chop between 66.00 and 83.00 while digesting the move and waiting on market direction, which would likely still be playable but with which cost of contracts I'm only interested in big moves. My Outlook If I had to rank the probabilities today: 🔴 Bearish (my current lean) 🟢 Bullish breakout 🟡 Sideways consolidation That ranking can change quickly if RKLB reclaims 68.20 with strength and starts holding above the broken trendline. Until then, the path of least resistance still looks lower. As always, the Heavy Diligence Options Signals Indicator will be my primary tool for entries and exits. While these scenarios provide the broader roadmap, the indicator is designed primarily for day trading on shorter timeframes, helping identify higher-probability Call and Put opportunities. Combining those signals with key technical levels helps improve risk management instead of simply guessing the next move.
