Lohia Corp has fixed the price band for its Rs 1,101.28 crore IPO at Rs 404–425 per share. The issue opens for subscription on July 23, with anchor bidding on July 22, and closes on July 27. The IPO is entirely an Offer for Sale (OFS) of over 2.59 crore shares, with proceeds going to existing shareholders.
