Larry Ellison, the co-founder of Oracle, once struggled to pay his electricity bills for his computer and faced investor rejection while building his early software products. Later, he named his company Oracle after a CIA project code. Ellison purchased nearly all of a Hawaiian island for three hundred million dollars.
