L&T Realty Developers has acquired a 2.5-acre land parcel in central Delhi for nearly ₹200 crore. The developer plans to construct a boutique luxury residential project on this acquired site. This acquisition follows L&T Realty Properties' earlier stake purchase in Gurugram. The existing L&T office structure will be demolished for the new residential development. The project launch awaits land conversions and necessary regulatory approvals.
