Eleven Power has proposed investing over ₹4,700 crore to build a renewable-led electricity distribution network in Gurugram and Nuh, after applying for a parallel distribution licence from the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission. The company said funding for the first phase is fully secured, but the project depends on regulatory approval.
