President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has urged senior security officers to remain ideologically grounded and committed to patriotism as they take on greater responsibilities in safeguarding Uganda’s future.The President made the remarks while officiating at the graduation ceremony of 106 senior security officers who successfully completed the Advanced Joint Senior Political Education and Leadership Development Course.In a message shared on his official X (formerly Twitter) account, President Museveni emphasized the importance of patriotism, Pan-Africanism and strategic leadership in driving Uganda’s socio-economic transformation.“Yesterday, I passed out 106 senior security officers who successfully completed the Advanced Joint Senior Political Education and Leadership Development Course.
