THOUGHTS ON XAU/USDGoldOANDA:XAUUSDLukegforexXAU/USD 1H - After yesterday's fundamental news we saw that price became very hawkish breaking the previous protected low in this bearish move trade price lower. Since then we have seen that price has managed to sustain highs, creating a low that came higher than the last one, this could be the new higher low in a new trend trading us higher. As you can see I have gone ahead and marked out a CHoCH for us, this signifies the potential for a reversal in trend, going from bearish to bullish. Price has also traded us into an area of interest, this is a demand zone. An area that was left unmitigated just before the fundamental news broke out, as you can see from the large volume candles. There will be orders left that need mitigating and orders that need filling, we have seen that since price has traded in price has traded us higher again.
