Nimbus Group has signed an MoU to develop an integrated township in Mathura under the Uttar Pradesh Township Policy, 2023, as it expands its presence beyond the NCR. The realty developer is also exploring projects in Tier II and III cities, including Meerut, Vrindavan, Hapur, Rudrapur, Muzaffarnagar, Bareilly and Rohtak.
