According to police, the man later reported that strange activity inside his home had been happening for weeks before the arrest. According to NBC Philadelphia, Falls Township police identified the defendant as Lindsay Harris, 30, of Lower Gwynedd, Montgomery County. Police said the case came to light in late June after the homeowner called 911 to report that an unwanted person had entered his residence in Fairless Hills. Falls Township Police Chief Nelson Whitney told NBC Philadelphia that responding officers found Harris attempting to crawl through a rear window and took her into custody. The man reported items moved inside his home The homeowner, who spoke to NBC Philadelphia without revealing his identity, said he had noticed items inside his home had been moved or rearranged for weeks before the incident. He said belongings appeared out of place, leading him to suspect someone had entered the house before the night of the reported break-in. He also reiterated that he had never shared his home address with Harris. According to police, the man arrived home on the night of the incident and discovered an open bottle of red wine and Italian water ice inside the residence. Court documents state he also noticed a bedroom light had been turned on. As he walked through the house, he allegedly saw Harris outside a sliding glass door and immediately contacted 911.
