Samsung has released a new software update for the Galaxy S26 series outside South Korea. The update was first rolled out in Samsung’s home market and is now available in other countries. It brings the July 2026 security patch to the Galaxy S26 lineup.The new software update for the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and the Galaxy S26 Ultra comes with firmware version S94xBXXS4AZG5 and a download size of around 500MB. It is currently available in India and Europe, and you can download it if you live in those regions. The update includes fixes for 57 security vulnerabilities that affected Galaxy phones and tablets.If you own a Galaxy S26 series phone and live in one of the countries or regions mentioned above, you can check for the new update by opening the Settings app and navigating to Settings > Software update, then tapping Check for updates. Once the update has finished downloading, tap Install now to begin the installation process.Before installing the update, make sure your phone has at least 30% battery remaining and enough free storage space for the installation to complete.This update could soon be released in other countries and regions, including the US.
