SpiceJet and Ajay Singh will pay Rs 140 crore to KAL Airways and Kalanithi Maran. The airline will deposit Rs 50 crore within forty-five days. The remaining Rs 90 crore will be paid within ninety days thereafter. The Delhi High Court will monitor this payment schedule closely. Hearing SpiceJet's challenge to the arbitral award is deferred until compliance.
