Singer Ronald Alimpa has made an emotional appeal for support after revealing that he spent close to four months in prison and returned home with nothing. In a video circulating on social media, the “Seen Don” hitmaker recounted the ordeal that he says has left him struggling to rebuild his life and music career.According to Alimpa, he was arrested in Kasanje shortly after performing at a bar and was taken into police custody before being arraigned before the Wakiso Chief Magistrate’s Court. He said he was initially remanded to Sentema Prison before later being transferred to Kigo Prison, where he remained for several months without appearing in court.I spent a lot of time there without going to court. I asked some of the senior inmates why I wasn’t getting court appearances, but they assured me it would eventually happen.
