Where does this end? Don’t get a house you can’t furnish to your liking or be willing to slowly furnish it as you want. The absolute nerve. I owned a small one bedroom house so that I had money left to buy what I needed and do upgrades like paint and a fund for emergency maintenance. I’d have liked a bigger house. I could have got a bigger house but indigent to be house poor and would never think of asking others to furnish it.
